By way of the Notary Di Marco Gianfranco dated 27/07/2017 of Vicenza, the merger by incorporation of the company B2B srl – Unipersonale into the Company LAB68 srl – Unipersonale took place.

The data relating to the incorporating company deriving from the above operations are as follows: 
– Name: LAB68 srl – Unipersonale 
– Registered Office: Via dell’Oreficeria, 30 / P 36100 Vicenza (VI) 
– Tax code and VAT number: 04443990231

The acquiring company takes over seamlessly all the assets and liabilities of the incorporated company.

As a consequence of this incorporation and pursuant to the current Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003), LAB68 srl – Unipersonale also takes over the ownership of the personal data already processed by the merged company, remaining however, the purposes and methods of the processing are unchanged pursuant to the information already communicated.

Following the aforementioned merger by incorporation operation, only LAB68 srl – Unipersonale is operative, to which reference should be made for any commercial relationship, even if it arose before that date.
